Compensation is responsible for setting up Kronos Timekeepers by entering specific values on the HR11 User Fields for an interface from Lawson to Kronos.
For anyone using Kronos, can you please tell me who is responsible for Timekeeper Admin access (ex: HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, etc) and how do you handle the set up? We have a paper form for initial requests & it's very complicated and time consuming trying to maintain confidentiality to provide access for specific process levels/depts. Appreciate your feedback.
