For the FACTS developers out there, does anyone have documentation on creating a customer alert that they would be willing to share? I have some limited documentation, but I'm having a slight issue.
I've been able to create the appropriate meta record via System Alert Meta F/M, and generate the custom alert (which created the XML record and subsequent SMALRT record). This is not going to be an ECC alert; simply an alert for the Alert Control Center. The icon indicating I have an alert lights up on the menu (FACTS 9.1.1). When I go into the Alert Control Center and select the alert code to display, nothing displays. And, the SMALRT record gets updated as closed, with the date/time fields in SMALRT updated accordingly.
I must be missing something. Field #4 (subscriber ID) is blank for my record in SMALRT. I know if the record is for the ECC, there is '<ECC>' in this field.
