In the past, it has been possible to customize the activity schedule screens in Infor CRM. Since the introduction of Infor CRM 8.3 though, we have lost the ability to add new fields in to the schedule activity screen in the web client. No matter what we try, it just seems to ignore anything we enter.
Attached is a guide we previously used that focussed on modifying this area. Following the steps advised in here no longer seem to work though.
We do have clients that have had modifications to these screens that are looking to upgrade to 8.3 web. This will be a sticking point for them if we are unable to bring their customisations to these areas in to the latest version.
