Microsoft Addin for PA48.2

I'm in the need to add quite a few new tests in Lawson. I was able to add the tests via a Microsoft addin to PA48.1. However I'm struggling with loading the valid test results into PA48.2. I keep receiving "No More Records for Given Key (_f0)". Has anyone built this and is willing to share? I have looked here and on Extreme and have not found anything.

We're on version 9.0.1. I was able load records successfully into PA48.2 using Addins.
My Spreadsheet was setup as such:
(_f2)PTR-COMPANY,( _f4)PTR-TEST,(_f8:0)LINE-FC1,(_f9:0)PTR-CODE1,(_f10:0)PTR-DESCRIPTION1,(_f11:0)PTR-ACTIVE-FLAG1

The upload should be a change only

Below is my addins AGS call:
