BSI TaxFactory Locator V2 & v3 datasets

We are going to start having tp pay an employee in a tax locator state so I need to load the taxlocator data.  Can anyone explain the differences between taxlocator V2 (TFL10110.pkg) and V3 (TFM10110.pkg)?  Do I need to load both?  The readme files for each just state that they are optional and must be loaded only after the TF base data has been loaded.

You only need to load the new V3 data. V3 is replacing V2, you can't use both at the same time. There is a toggle in the configuration menu to enable V3. I've tried to get BSI Support to tell me what the difference is, and all I get in return is that V3 is supposed to be more accurate and it will resolve addresses that V2 would not. I think this is the last year for V2 data, so save yourself a little work and go with V3.
