RW100 Report in CSV Format

One of our accountants wants to get the RW100 reports in CSV format and was trying to use the "Create CSV File" button in print manager. That gives an error. Is it expected to use an option which generates a CSV file and then FTP the file(s)?

That's the expected behavior. You have to use an option on RW100 that produces a spreadsheet. You don't have to FTP it off though, if you use the spreadsheet option, you can then use the create csv button in the print manager to get the output.

when the report was created with the RW100, was the Options set to build the report as a spreadsheet? I like to use option A - Rpt/XML File/Spreadsheet.

We tried options with CSV and used the create csv button. The result is "<ERROR key="ERROR_GENERATING_CSV" level="1"><MSG><![CDATA[ Error generating CSV report file. ]]></MSG><DETAILS><![CDATA[ Check IOS logs for details. ]]></DETAILS></ERROR>." We are in the Cloud, so I do not know if it works differently.

..did you try setting the RW100 report generation form to Option "A", then in the print manager, under Report Actions, select "View" and from there select the "Create CSV File" button?
