Contacts Loaded in AP10 vs PO10 and the relationship between the two forms.

Looking to see the relationship between contact information in AP10 and contact information in PO10.X, etc. Does any information from AP10.1/AP14.2 populate into PO10.1. Where is the "Primary" contact information built?

There isn't that much of a relation. AP10 is the vendor master and the vendor must be built there to add to PO10. When you do, the information will populate from AP10 to PO10. But that's only on the initial add. Subsequent changes to either screen are not reflected in the other.



We tend to like this as AP populates AR contacts and Purchasing populates customer service contacts.
