MSCM 10.1.8.7 Upgrade - Androids

I was just wondering if anyone has upgraded MSCM to 10.1.8.7 and started to use the Androids devices. If you have please let me know how the upgrade went and how the Androids handheld devices are working. Thanks

Putting this back out there. Just want to see how the Androids are working for everyone? We are planning to do the upgrade and move toward the Android handhelds in a few months. Thanks.

We have 7 open Incidents (related to the MC40's) we are waiting to be resolved. Infor is saying they're fixed in version 10.1.8.14 to be released in June. We currently use the Dolphin 99EX's. We won't be switching to the Android devices until these issues are resolved by Infor.

Here are our incidents:

10928250 - MSCM 10.1.8.8 Android MC40 - MPC Par Counting cursor does not start in Qty box.

10928330 - MSCM 10.1.8.8 Android MC40 - RAD Misc Receipt - when scanning a carrier barcode it makes you pick the Carrier also when Receiving a PO.

10935914 - MSCM 10.1.8.8 Android MC40 - SIM - Sterilization - scanned items not showing in Web when trying to view via Modify Load.

10936021 - MSCM 10.1.8.8 Android MC40 - SIM - Transfer does not have DEFAULT as the default for you to pick from the list.

10936034 - MSCM 10.1.8.8 - Android MC40 - SIM - when choosing Batch and you've created a batch and go to Sterilization to create a load it s being duplicated in Web.

10982796 - MSCM 10.1.8.8 Android MC40 when you go to MPC it initially opens in a "Dashboard" type page which is not consistent with RAD and SIM.

11113997 - Android - Issue not being able to save the server address and port.

Our organization is looking at the Android option to replace MC devices.

I was wondering if the issue above was the only one you've encounter with the use and implementation of Android device? Which Android model are you using? If you have time for a quick call I would appreciate your time. Thanks

Late to the thread but hoping someone has an update.

We are researching new mobile devices as well. Did you end up making the switch?
