Closing IE window for Lawson closes connection on a different IE tab

We are an Infor cloud customer and have an Active Directory trust configured to log into our Lawson cloud environment using a VPN connection.  We have users who access other websites using VPN connections at the same time that they have Lawson open.  When one of our users logs out of the Lawson site, the VPN connection to another site drops too.  Has anyone else seen this happen and resolved the issue? This is only happening to one user.  We have compared IE browser settings between this user's pc and another user who is working fine, but found no difference in the settings.  The user is a local admin on the pc. Thank you!

A similar situation happens to me on IE. Using IE, I can log into 3 different tabs. One is Lawson Ming.le. The second is "Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Workspace, Fusion Edition" which runs an Hyperion Essbase application. The third is an old Crystal Reports system called "Infoview". Logging out of Ming.le also un-authorizes me on the other two applications running in the other two tabs. I have to log in again on those tabs if I want to continue.



This does not seem to happen in Chrome or Firefox.



We mostly use Smart Office, so it is not much of an issue with us. It may have been corrected since last December; I have n't yet installed the ESP to fix the Chrome bug.
