Can we build a medical plan based on salary?

 

We would like to see if we could build a new plan with entry based on  salary amount.  Would we need a plan for each level of salary?  is it set up on bn18-contribution -salary using a new group for each level?

 for instance .... up to--35k, then 35-50 then 50-75 then anything over 75K.

We have a plan set up this way. One plan with Contribution Type on BN15 of Options Amt Range; BN18.2 Calc Type is Flat Amt; BN19.2 options each have a table assigned (BN02.6 Salary Rate Table). Define the beginning salary for each level and the employee/company contributions in the table.
