In early July we updated our pay grade schedule and shift diff table. For current employees everything was working fine. What we have found in the last 2 pay periods - anyone hired or current employee transferred to a new position - the shift differential is not getting added to the eligible hours. Any ideas of why current employees would receive shift diff and new hires/transfers would not? Seems to be a date driven issue. I've had others look at the job code, pay code, and shift table and nothing seems to be amiss in those areas. Anyone come across this before? We are on V9 and preparing for our final payroll run next week and upgrading next weekend to V10. Thanks.
