Are there ANY Lawson clients that are successfully printing the ACA 1094's and 1095's directly from Lawson yet?

Are you asking about the actual printing of the data? I thought you needed to engage with a third party for that, similar to the way checks, 1099's, and W-2's are done?

I believe that the actual printing is done by a 3rd party. What I'm trying to find is someone who is using Lawson's ACA solution. We're using Equifax and would like to maybe utilize Lawson's but are looking for existing Lawson clients who are successfully doing that processing. Are you?

We are self-insured with an insurance company managing our health care membership, claims, etc. At year-end, the insurance company gives us spreadsheets with all of the employee/dependent coverage data. We edit, reformat and load the data into Lawson using BN597 and make corrections using BN95. Then we use the Lawson functionality to produce the files for printing and for the IRS.

We have successfully produced 1095-C with Lawson for the past 2 years. Once the set up is in place the process is very similar to W2's

We also use Equifax, but the extracts and data validation are a struggle. Please update the group if you "take it back in house." I believe I saw an advertisement from Team Absolute! for assistance to "take it back."

Sally: Can you share how many employees are in your organization and the number of reporting entities?

We currently around 14,000 and roughly 32 reporting entities or process levels.

We have around 5,000 and 7 reporting entities

We use both Lawson and Equifax to process 1095C's and the 1094. It's quite a bit of initial set up in Lawson but after some trial and error we got it working correctly. We use MHC for electronic distribution of 1095Cs and printing. We use Equifax to validate the data.
