We did a data refresh though SQL and our Product lines are not matching ,is there a command we can use the resolve this issues

Looks to me that your source for your data has additonal CTP's installed in it. I remember (though not clearly) that some of the fields were added in several CTP's.

I understand , but with our time lines we are not able to install that patch

can I use BLDMSF2000 to create the index?

Don't quote me on this, but I believe our DBA just adds the required column(s) to the end of the specific tables.
