We have struggled since we went live January 2016 with setting up new grants in the S3 10 system each grant season. We have reviewed the grant user guides and all the documentation we can gather. We received some training as we were implementing, but nothing that we have been able to use moving forward. Does anyone have a checklist they use to setup their grants? Even if it is personalized we would love to see what others are using and maybe we can see what we might be doing out of order or missing to make our documentation more complete.
