VISUAL Manufacturing ECN References

We are in the process of implementing ECN within VISUAL Manufacturing and looking for existing VISUAL customers who are currently using ECN to field a couple of questions from our R&D manager. Our company recently added in the ECN functionality. It was a fairly easy transition because we just moved our existing process into Visual.

While the ECN module can handle complex situations, we wanted to keep the process as simple as possible so we keep our parts and corresponding engineering masters at the same revision level at all times. We only put one engineering master and the corresponding part master on an ECN. We moved our paper sign off fields to a UDF tab to ensure all aspects of the change were done (might be overkill for your needs), and we defined the process with a process map and supporting documentation to outline rolls and responsibilities.

I would be interess to see your process. Here, we have ECN module but we never used it, and we don't have training on it. Do you think you can sent me your process and best pratice?
