Process Designer API Builder error

Trying to install Process Designer on someone's laptop.  I had installed it on my PC previously with no issue and just installed a month ago on someone else's PC with no issue.  However after completing the install, the Designer itself will start up, but when trying to build a query get the following message: 'Failed to load control IOSAPIBuilder from . Your version of  may be outdated.  Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with the application.'  Has anyone encountered this error?  When trying to run the IOSAPIBuilder.exe from the IPDesigner misc directory, get the same error right off the bat.  Not sure if maybe one of the ocx files is needed for this or there may be some other log than the install log to get more detailed info on the error

I ran into something similar in the past. I had installed IPD on my PC and was able to connect and develop without issue. Several months later, we downloaded and installed IPD for another developer and we ran into the 'version may be outdated' error. As it turns out, you will need to be sure that the version of IPD and Landmark technology are in sync. In my case, a new Landmark CU was available and we downloaded a new version of IPD to someone else's PC. We had not applied the CU to our server, however, so our IPD and Landmark versions were out of sync. I resolved this by re-installing IPD on the other PC using the same binary I had used for our version of Landmark. This resolved the issue for us. Perhaps give this a try?
