new GHX Exchange

I'm sure there are a number of GHX users here. I thought perhaps I was not adjusting to the new platform, but the new Exchange seems more cumbersome to navigate and we seem to be having a lot of issues with lost communications from GHX.

Is anyone else having problems?

Oh yes...Getting to PO detail takes way too many clicks. The demand reports don't seem to work. They told me the Admin rights would migrate in before live which is right around the corner and I think should already be there. Support tickets open there are not as prompt as when opened via email to GHX support. We are not the most robust users of GHX as some but we are definitely not fans of the new platform yet.

The buyers are definitely unhappy with it. It is more clicks and the reporting is still a bit iffy. I've been working closely with our rep to get our voices heard and they are turning around fixes pretty quickly. If there's something that you really hate or is broken ...speak up and let them know while they are still troubleshooting.
