I am looking at setting up BN70 to track Cobra participants for ACA. I see that BN70 records are being creating when an action is done, however it appears that 2 records are being created.. One with the occurrence date being the effective date of the action and another one for the first of the following month the action was done. From what I was able to find.. it is the BN100 that creates the BN70 record... Is anyone else having this issue? Or creating the BN70 with BN100 and if it is not duplicating entries could you share how your setup is? Thanks..
