We seem to be having a lot more issues with our MC55A handhelds since we have moved to version 10 for MSCM.
I checked with our Network team and we have excellent coverage in our Materials Mgt. area, we have about 5-8 users that use them during the day and have been having various drops during the day. I have cleared out the cache on every handheld thinking that might help but it has done no good.
Was wondering if anybody else in the group have seen similar issues and what they did to possibly fix it if they did. Is there a setting that needs to be changed within the handheld itself to have it always stay connected? I noticed that when the screen goes off the connection pauses, but when the screen comes back on it connects again.
