Hi All,
We currently have one Life plan setup with different coverage levels for different Employee Groups, e.g. Staff=1.0 multiplier; Manager=1.5 multiplier, etc. We are looking to have the system automate the change in coverage based on Personnel Actions that would move the employee to a different eligible Employee Group based on the Change Rule setup on BN16.3. In the current state, when the personnel action is processed and the BN100 is run, we receive an error message "Multiple is < than minimum multiple."
Does anyone have a similar scenario that would be willing to share how your life plan is setup? Or if there are any other suggestions, I would appreciate those as well.
