Benefit Enrollment notification

Does anyone use process flow for employee notification when they enroll in Benefits? We are looking at better ways to communicate to employees their enrollments on ESS.

This is our first year with Open Enrollment. I'm about to start programming a Flow that will be notifying users that have not enrolled in anything each day for the last week of Open enrollment. But not when they do enroll, as they get a print out of their enrollments at the end.
