Comments on Purchase Order Header

Is it possible to exact the comments on a purchase order header into a file with the purchase order lines and vendor item information? Thanks in advance for your help.

--ON LSLMDB.ls_apps.PURCHORDER.L_INDEX = LSLMDB.ls_apps.L_DPCR.L_INDEX

It isn't pretty though. Comments are stored in a terrible way in the db.

PO220 or PO223 will print with comments if you are looking for a "one and done" type of report. Otherwise, yes, it's sql.
