We are looking at ways to for our field crews to simplify and correctly identify the items they want form our warehouse. Due to permission/security issues related to the stock locations and areas, only our warehouse staff can issue from the warehouse, so generating picklists and using the shopping cart in IPS do not seem possible.
We would like to create some way to allow pictures of the items to be seen, if available, plus in stock count.
Has anyone attempted some kind of interface/e-commerce solution to work with IPS and create an external shopping cart ?
