I am trying to hire an applicant from Canada (we are in the US and haven't done this before). I am running into an error when I try to enter the social number in the Canadian format (xxx-xxx-xxx). It instead defaults to the US format (xxx-xx-xxxx), or I get the error message "Social Nbr differs from country US format" Lawson documentation suggests that work country determines the correct format, however the employee will be working here in the US, so I don't want to set this as CA. Any help would be appreciated!
