One of our development partners has discovered that the new warehouse ledger file (ICWHIL) is missing 2 keys (Alt Key #5 and Alt Key #6) on the 9.2 Pre-Release media. The following will guide you thru getting those keys added to your ICWHIL 9.2 Pre-Release file:
- Drop out to command mode
- Fire up the PxPlus Data Dictionary Utility (dd)
- Using the binocular search button find and load the ICWHIL file

Now press the “UPDATE FILE” button (2nd icon from the left on the button bar).

The “UPDATE PHYSICAL” panel will appear showing you the OLD keys and the NEW keys. You are given 3 options regarding the update. Select the 1st one: “CONVERT EXISTING DATA”
Press the OK button. You will then be asked if you want to backup the data prior to the update.

When the update is complete you are simply returned to the PxPlus Data Dictionary tool.
To prove to yourself that the physical file was properly updated press the “UPDATE FILE” button again (see Step #4, above).
This time you’ll simply receive the message panel stating that the “…Dictionary has been updated….”.
You can quit the PxPlus Data Dictionary utility, and return to FACTS.
