One View Performance issue

Hi All,

We are using Infor XI 12.0.12 & Facing issue with one view performance.We have been asked to refer the KB1900903 and which states that Enabling IPv6 will help the performance issue.

In my case , this KB is not working. I am more interested to know what the relation between one view performance and IPv6 or IPv4. is there any relation between Java application and IPv6 or IPv4 settings ?

If you have any other suggestions to reduce my one view performance, please help me.

We have just 1 million + records.

I am not sure about the IPV6 vs. IPV4 point but it is a known issue that on some systems with multiple network cards in the Xi Platform server that performance of OV can drop. The simple solution is to just disable the back up network card. This is being looked at for a long term resolution but in the meantime this is probably the best option

Thank you. In my case disabling backup network card also didn't help. i am trying to understand whats the relation with this network cards

What sort of performance impact are you seeing in OneView - searching or shredding BODs into a timeline?

Yes exactly. When i have disable the backup network card the performance is much better. i don't understand the relation between backup network card and one view...
