Eligibility Report for 401k

In the BN31.2 screen, there is a column called "Eligible". How do I run a report that lists the employee and the eligible dates? I am trying to pull a report of all 401k eligible employees and their eligibility date to send new 401k packets.

If you look at the Entry Rules (BN16.1) it will show the date used to determine eligiblity and by what rules (days, months, etc) . You can also see the eligiblity group on BN15.1 to write your query based on the PGEMPLOYEE table. Hope that helps.

I am fairly new to Lawson and just had Lawson Add-Ins added. I see the PGEMPLOYEE table under the HR, however it doesn't lists the date of when the employee is eligible. How would I write the query so it pulls the 401k eligibility date listed in Lawson?

If you run BN101 for your 401k plan in report only mode, that shows the eligibility dates. If your plan is not a default plan, the info will be in the "elig" report.

Thank you! That was exactly the report I needed! Is there a way to have the same report but have it pull ss#, addresses, etc?

Not as a canned report that I am aware of. I am not sure if the Smart Reports product would allow you to add those fields to the existing report or not. Since it sounds like you have access to add-ins, I would turn the "elig" report into a csv file and open it in Excel. Then you could pull the employee information using an add-ins query and add it to your 401k information. Alternatively, you could use the BN101 csv file as an input file in a process flow that would gather the additional employee information. If your IT department uses that product, they might be able to build that for you. But the quickest thing would be to get your employee data from an add-ins query and just add it to the BN101 info.
