ISA tool

I am new to the ISA tool that INFOR has now for Security, does anybody know if there is a way to load users via this tool instead of through LID with the Load users command?

If you don't use this tool to add users I'm told that we have to do a Sync to get the systems to match, how often should you run this Sync process? Will this put a strain on your system and should it be run after hours?

As a Cloud customer we use the CloudSuite Self-Service Portal to load users. We loaded 100 or less on the spreadsheet so that troubleshooting would be easier. selfservice.cloudsuite.infor.com/.../login.html



We ran the Sync after loading all users. There were some performance issues associated. It requires a restart to clear the hung threads. Infor does recommend running off hours. We've had better support with issues running this during the day.
