Curious as to what methods users are utilizing to train RQC. We have 17 hospitals and several hundred clinics and would like something more robust then powerpoint or a video so we can test competency. Appreciate any feedback. (on Version 10)

We were early adopters from SEA and when we rolled out RSS, we brought in outside trainers and had "train the trainer" sessions for a week. To convert 1200 users, we had 3 hour training sessions (most ran 2 hours) one morning and one afternoon and we had them in two locations so we were able to do 4 a day with the outside trainers help. I did 2 night shift sessions and 2 3-11 sessions as well.
Then we "flipped the switch" and went live all at once with links to the training guide on our info page. Attached is our current guide.
