Setup of AFLAC or critical illness insurance deduction

I created deduction codes for AFLAC insurance coverage. It is coming across onto our W2 box 12dd as medical insurance. It should not. Does anyone have a deduction code set up for this? If so would you be able to share set up?

Did you check PR27.1 for the existence of a Deduction Group (PR02.2)? If so, does the Deduction Group contain the AFLAC deduction code?
