We are running Landmark 10.1
LTM v 11.0.0.27 is what we are testing
With emails triggered by 'action' type things (NOT IPA), none of them are actually emailing. (things like add a credential, change an address, name change, etc)
The emails are generating (rich client -start -data-la-bus class-email message queue) but staying in status of 'new'
I understood these actually distributed via Async -Email- emailexecutors
I have turned on 'keep history' for this 'async q' but nothing is going thru there
I have had a support ticket opened since 9/20
Wondering if any of you know of something to look at for this or if it changed how it works with ltm v11
I have searched documentation but not finding anything.
