Emails from LTM v 11.0

We are running Landmark 10.1

LTM v 11.0.0.27 is what we are testing

With emails triggered by 'action' type things (NOT IPA), none of them are actually emailing. (things like add a credential, change an address, name change, etc)

The emails are generating (rich client -start -data-la-bus class-email message queue) but staying in status of 'new'

I understood these actually distributed via Async -Email- emailexecutors

I have turned on 'keep history' for this 'async q' but nothing is going thru there

I have had a support ticket opened since 9/20

Wondering if any of you know of something to look at for this or if it changed how it works with ltm v11

I have searched documentation but not finding anything.

We had a similar issue in Landmark v11 Cloud and they had to check the settings for the mail/SMTP and edit the values perform a restart.

Just thought I would share the cause/resolution on this.

In Async - Request Management- *email* search to find EmailExecutor and found the 'Pending Schedule' was set to 'no'.

Opened it and checked the 'check box' and emailexecutors immediately started to trigger, thus emails are now distributing.

Believe this got set to 'no' as part of a data refresh from our prod system to test that was performed by AMS but not 100% sure.
