LTM 10.2 Employee Relations Module

Does anyone have any experience with using the Employee Relations module in LTM 10.2? We are looking to migrate our EE Relations from S3 form PA59 to LTM.

We are currently using it. It has been a GREAT addition for us. Easy to use (for our setup); Managers seem to have an easy time using it; The online approvals has been nice for our Uplines; and Tracking is so much easier for us.

We use templates that pull in information from the discipline > which has been a big satisfier for our leaders and for us. This way we ensure all employees are getting the same message when it comes to disciplines.

Can your employees see the discipline/coaching? We are working on implementing and do not see where how Employees can see or acknowledge/sign off on the notes?
