401k Entry Points

How do I set up the entry points for 401k to calculate 1000 hours based on hire dates of each year instead of Lawson calculating their eligibility as soon as they work 1000 hours?

For example:

Hire Date 3/24/16

1 year Anniversary 3/24/17 (would like for Lawson to look at 3/24/16 - 3/24/17)

900 hours worked - not eligible for 401k

2nd year anniversary 3/24/18 (would like for Lawson to look at 3/24/17-3/23/18)

950 hours worked - not eligible for 401k

3rd year anniversary 3/24/18 (would like for Lawson to look at 3/24/18-3/23/19)

1000 hours worked - eligible for 401k

I don't believe it is possible in S3. WE have a user field we use to toggle eligibility for the match in our DC plans which is similar to what you describe. We then have a Crystal report that is run regularly to check for hours. If they meet those hours, the flag is flipped and they start receiving the match. In your case you could substitute match for eligibility.
