Outsite services planning Windows

Hi,

    We use Outside services when we start a work order in-house, after a few operations, we go outside to a supplier for 1 operations and when the part is back, we finish it in-house. The problem is in the Outside service planning Windows, we see only the requirement for the Work Order. The supplier need to know for the next years, when & how many hours we’ll ask him to do and we don’t want to convert a plan order 12 month in advance.

Is anyone know how to see requirement for planed Order in the outside service planning window?

I had specialized Service ID's per part and per subcontract service required.  This would enable me to search and find it more easily.  I also used a User Defined Field in the Engineering Master like "S/C" so that I could query planned orders that were coded to S/C.  I might provide more info like "S/C Vendor" to be more helpful.

Setting up the Service Part ID was critical to being able to locate what is needed to dispatch.
