Need ideas on whats going on.
One user appears to have everything setup correctly but when she labels an email Send to CRM it works in that it syncs to InforCRM.
Where it fails is that the Send to CRM Label should be removed and the label of recorded added. But what is actually happening is the label for recorded is being added but the Send to CRM label is not being removed so every time the sync takes place the email is added to contact again and again and again etc...
