MS AddIns for PR13.1

We are in the middle of parallel testing for an acquisition. The PR13.1 converted data provided by the acquired entity's data team erroneously included data in fields mapped to ADDL-TAX-CODE, ADDL-RATE and ADDL-AMOUNT. I am attempting to use Addins to change/delete this information out of PR13.1. When I try to change ADDL-RATE and ADDL-AMOUNT fields to zero, the system tells "Change to deduction code not allowed (_f44r0). Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

In version 10, it appears _f43r0 is the correct mapping for the deduction code, 44 is some other hidden value. Are you currently on version 10?

Lawson 9.0 but MS Addins 10.0.7.233. Addins is showing that the deduction code, EDM-DED-CODE1, is f44:1

My apologies, my form may be different, but the outcome was the same. In digging deeper, I found the map position is critical here, so if the deduction detail being changed is on the second line, you have to map all the fields to _f44r1 or _f43r1 along with all the others. Can you tell me what the _HK field is and what options are available for this field?

The _HK field is the hidden key field. I haven't used it in uploads, but each application/screen appears to have different requirements. In the case of PR13.1, it appears to be a concatenation of COMPANY(4) and EMPLOYEE(9). So if you were inquiring on company 1000 and employee 123456, the _HK value would be 1000000123456. For PR35.2 the _HK value would be COMPANY(4), BATCH(6), and EMPLOYEE(9), ex. using batch 355 and info above, the value would be 1000000355000123456.

Please note that if your company is '1' then it needs to appear as '0001', '10' as '0010', etc. (requires formatting the excel data to text).
