Bureau of Labor Statistics EDI reporting

Has anyone created a direct database query to extract the data for reporting to Bureau of Labor Statistics for Census Employment or/and Multiple Worksite? I am using the PR291 csv output for my data, loading into MS Access to format - but would rather have a direct database query if possible.

Good morning Susan. I know this thread is over a year old. We have a small medical practice that recently joined us that is looking to perform the same reporting. I suggested PR291 to them as well, but it didn't look like it included everything they indicated they needed (gender being one). Wasn't sure if you made any progress with this after initially posting? Any assistance is appreciated.

We are also looking for a report to produce the BLS statistics needed. Our report requires the number of female employees paid in the pay period including the 12th of the month. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! I will check out PR291 to see what is available there.

We have to report this same information to BLS (along with # of nonsupv employees and payroll and hours). We set up the report on HR65 and then each month update the pay date parameter on HR65.8 and then run the report in HR170.
