We are using MSCM for par locations and have an issue with our lead times. The PO that are generated from these orders the delivery date is the same as the PO Date on the PO. From what we’ve been told is that the lead time date is pulled from the IC81.2 and if its blank it sets the Requested Delivery Date to the System Date, it does not look at PO10 for a lead time. Currently our IC81.2 Lead Time value is blank and we were hoping that we didn’t have to go back to put lead times in all of our IC81.2 setups for each items.
Has anyone ran across this and if so what are you doing? Are you populating IC81.2 with the lead times or are you leaving the lead time blank and manually updating the PO with the lead time when this issue comes up? If you have other work arounds besides updating IC81.2 please let me know.
We do have an enhancement ticket in with INFOR to change the IC83 to pull the lead time from PO10 if there is no Lead Time defined in IC81.2.
