I'm needing assistance with determining our options to implementing a system of tracking WIP (BTS scanners, etc.). Our organization has 9 different buildings within a mile radius. Each building has a different function such as laser cutting, bending, welding and machining. We do not currently have a system in place to track material movement between facilities other than transferring after completed.
Maybe this leads to a bigger issues; however any feedback would be great!
