Spreadsheet Designer

Was wondering if anyone knew what could be the issue here--whenever users are signing into Spreadsheet Designer, this is the error they are getting:

Any advice appreciated!

I think I had this issue before after either a pc update or a landmark update. And had to download a newer version from Xtreme

Annette do you by chance know which part of security grants access to the Spreadsheet Designer?

I think the user just has to have a Generalist or Admin role.. It's not like the Addin's on S3 where in security you have to allow to use addins

Depending on your version, you may need to make sure your server path for your ISD is the qualified url.. not just server name.. mine for example is https://lmprod.genesisint.org but that is not the name of our server... ie.. this is the link for employee space.. not sure if this helps you or not
