in GL20 Account button did not show up when user access Lawson portal via Citrix

I have a outside user who ahs to access Lawson portal via Citrix. The Account button in GL20 don't show up. Anyone knows how to fix it?

Could it be a security issue? Have you checked their access?

not a security issue. It works when user access Lawson portal not through Citrix.

Could be many things--assuming they are accessing through the browser, might want to check settings there, add-ons, etc.

It's odd, but I've seen buttons disappear on IC screens if the browser window is set to zoom in more than 100%.
