I'm wondering how others handle this. I have an employee who was promoted into a Director's position. The accrual schedule is 0 - 4 years, 3 weeks, 5 - 9, 4 weeks and 10+, 5 weeks. The non-director level schedule is 0 - 4, 2 weeks, 5 - 9, 3 weeks, 10 - 19, 4 weeks and 20+, 5 weeks. The problem is the system did not change her when the hire date reached the 10 year mark. Her adjusted hire date is at 9 years, 6 months due to a leave. How do I get her on the executive schedule? The system did not automatically change her accrual like normal.
