I have been looking for a way to add additional comments to the "Invoice" using either the MA540 or the AP520. I spoke with Infor directly and they informed us that there is an enhancement request to add this functionality, but it currently is not working. I then thought it might be possible to load most of the information using the MA540 and follow-up with the comments only using the AP520. I found an older article (KB 1197700) that is saying that is not possible either. Does anyone know of a work-around for this? (other than manually adding them in the AP20 screens?)
