We have created a work center for our customers. One customer, currently on Facts 7.8, just received two new computers(one laptop and one PC) for two of their employees. When these employees log into Facts and enter the work center and refresh the data, their computers lock up to the point that they have to hard power off the PC to stop the process. None of the other employees have this problem and they are not affected by the other's processing. The server still runs normally. It is just those two computers. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Was there any resolution?
