The latest Infor ION has the following options for connecting to web services.
- ION Workflows have a ION API step available to connect to REST services (introduced in V.12.0.12).
- ION Document Flows in on-premise environments have a Web Service step available for SOAP services.
Watch for ION Document Flows to implement a similar ION API step in the future for REST capability.

REST is not supported in ION. Also, limited to WSDL version 1.1.

The reason I do not see ION supporting rest currently is because BOD metadata requires: Tenant ID, Accounting Entity ID, Location ID, Version ID, Logical ID. Another issue to consider is how an application connects to the ION service bus: mostly JMS asychronously. The 2nd way would be to connect via db to pub/sub xml docs thru ION I/O box.

According to the newest Infor architecture documentation probably 12.0.7+ InforOS -- ION Connect features web services or can expose itself as a web service with both a SOAP and REST interface so I would agree with Keith Knuth that the rest service is exposed thru the ION api which is bundled into Infor OS v12.0.7(XI)

Did you download the authorized application's credentials ? At the very least Tenant ID is there. If the BOD is based on CS, did you download the CS API credentials ?
