Nevada Modified Business Tax

We have companies in many states, when we have a transfer from one state to another processed in PA52, the state taxes are updated.  However when we have a NV employee transfer to another state the NVBT keeps active, meaning the PA52 process is not adding an end date to this particular tax.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you set this up as a deduction code to calculate based on information provided by Nevada. BSI told me they were not provided withholding information to setup a tax category because its not a payroll tax. It is like a fee.
