We are now going to be doing labor variance reporting beginning in 2018. I am attempting to develop a labor variance statement in Report Definitions for Global Financials for this move. We want to break out the direct labor, OT, and temp wages from our other manufacturing wages to compare to labor absorbed.
I am having difficulty getting the percent of sales to calculate on my report for any of the wage lines. I have these lines written for them to pull in from the natural account, with the corresponding segment for the direct labor department, and then the segment for wages if needed. This is how the information pulls on our compensation statement and everything works just fine. The report will only calculate the percents on the lines that are just natural accounts.
Does anyone have a report like this and would share how they got it to work correctly to calculate the percent of sales?

Thanks
