Our Voluntary Benefit rates are based on the first day of the plan year. Whatever age the employee/spouse is on the first day of the plan year is their rate for the remainder of the year until the next plan year. Last year we entered in the Age Bands (BN02). This year we do not have any plan changes, however, I do need to update the rates for those that have gone into the next age band. Do I just need to update the year under BN18.8 "As of Date Year" fields, then BN105 or is there something else that I need to do?
