Does anyone know if there is a form available where a sub department can be entered? For example, our Human Resources department, cost center 8650, has several sub departments like Benefits, Compensation, Employment, etc. under the same cost center. I am wondering if there is a form, that is perhaps tied to a position code, to specify this information. I have looked at a few PA forms but had no luck finding anything.
