Mid Cycle Pay Changes

We are interested in knowing whether other companies perform mid cycle pay changes.  If so, how do you handle/process these in Lawson?

We try to limit these as much as possible however, to be responsive to our supervisors' needs, we're not able to eliminate all of them. Our time records load into Lawson by weekend ending date. If the change is made on a Sunday, Lawson picks up the correct rate based on the time record date. If the change is in the middle of the week, we have to make an adjustment to add/deduct pay for the hours worked prior to the change. This is a manual process.
